"Pleasant"
The receptionist staff was very kind and helpful, ✨they made everything very understandable, also the hotel is at a very nice place, the building located at a safe area and the city centre or the Prater is 20min away on foot also the public transportation was maximum 5-6min away from the property.We liked that we could enter in the property 24-0. Last but not least we also enjoyed that the facility had 2 fast elevator.

Clean property, all mentioned facilities are available, guest kitchen is clean and full functional. Close to U station. John was of great help to answer all our doubts about vienna and always greeted us with smile and enthusiasm.

Everything was amazing! The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room cleaning is upon request, which was very good for me, as I don’t like when strangers enter my room, where I leave all of my belongins. The rooms were very spacious and tidy. Close to the center, we walked almost everywhere and rarely took public transport.

Easily accessible via public transportation. Nice, clean area. Staff members are young and energetic. My man Emilio deserves a raise since there were no questions he wasnt able to answer for us, a real nice guy.

Everything was very clean, the facilities was amazing, once we asked the reception about something she came directly and very quickly. So overall experience was amazing and I can recommend this hotel for anyone wants to spend a good time in Vienna with a good price.

The location is great within a 15-minute walk to the old part of Vienna. Rooms with comfortable beds. Breakfast is okish but basic. Staff are very helpful and accommodating.
